Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original Spalding packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
